Woo-tirement is a desktop software platform designed for data tracking, strategy construction, automation management, and performance analytics. By accessing or using the software or website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Subscription & Billing
Access to Woo-tirement requires an active paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, semi-annual, or annual depending on plan selection). Pricing and billing frequency are disclosed at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider.
3. License & Account Use
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
• Accounts may not be shared.
• License keys may not be redistributed.
• Each subscription allows activation on up to [2] devices.
• Only one active session may be used at a time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Modify or redistribute the application
• Attempt to bypass licensing or security systems
• Use the platform in violation of applicable laws
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Woo-tirement is a data analysis and automation platform. It does not guarantee financial results, performance outcomes, or specific returns.
Users are solely responsible for their decisions and actions.
6. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Woo-tirement and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Colorado in the United States of America
